Sustainable farming. Aged in barrel during 12 months. Without fining or filtration. 

Serve between 16 and 18°.

A lively red, there are aromas of prune and pepper on the nose. The mouth aromas are clear and pleasantly mature (plum, fig, and blackberry).
The finish is delicately wooded and spicy. 

To be enjoyed with a more sophisticated or festive cookery, with a fine cuisine, with game.
