This cuvee is a brillant ruby red; ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) on the nose. Its mouth aromas are typical of Fronton wines balanced by a nicely structured tannin with accent of violet and french zan sweets. 

To be enjoyed with traditionnal cuisine, red meats, duck breast, beef burgundy, steaks, boiled beef, poultry, filet mignon and mild cheeses. 

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health, consume with moderation.
